Research Ethics Information Management System
Web-based platform for managing research ethical approvals — currently operational across four major Tanzanian health institutions: NIMR, KCMC, MUHAS, and ZAHRI.
Tanzania Social Action Fund
Architected the mobile disbursement platform for Tanzania's national social protection program, reaching poverty-affected households nationwide. The system solves a critical last-mile problem: many beneficiaries lack bank accounts or registered mobile numbers. Facial biometric verification and virtual number provisioning authenticate identity and deliver funds directly — bypassing traditional financial infrastructure entirely.
Real-Time Validation Platform
Built the ticket validation platform powering live events across Tanzania. Venue staff verify tickets via QR scan, SMS OCR, or manual entry — with full offline capability for venues with unreliable connectivity. Validations queue locally and sync automatically when the network returns, ensuring zero downtime at high-attendance events.
End-to-end institutional procurement system covering requisition requests, departmental approvals, quotation management, and delivery tracking.
Ground-up rewrite of the research ethics platform with a modern architecture and significantly cleaner codebase. Currently running at COSECSA.
Automated anonymized SMS alert system for patient medication reminders and appointment scheduling, deployed for a clinical study at NIMR.
Luxury Safari & Travel Website
Designed and built the public-facing website for Serengeti Experience, a luxury safari operator based in Arusha. The site showcases curated experiences across five East African destinations — from Great Migration tours and helicopter flights to gorilla trekking and wellness retreats — optimised to convert high-end travellers into bookings.
Multi-module management platform for church operations including member records, financial tracking, and service information.
